Custom, loft-style beds create a play cave below this deck. The contrasting finishes used were white lacquer on the bed faces with wood rails and bookcases made of warm cherry wood. Steps going up to the beds serve dual purpose as storage. There are three ways to enter the play cave. One being the rope made of knotted hemp, rigged at a boat yard. The two other entries are at the arches. An Italian, modern central light fixture adds color to the space.
