I forgot to post to tumblr in the month of March. Oops! Ever since I started working for Facebook I’ve really stuck to the site and rarely go elsewhere. My number of posts has dropped pretty hardcore since last summer. Maybe I’ll pick it back up…
This Is Accurate, You Should Look At It of the Day: Caldwell Tanner illustrates the books you were/are/will be reading at every stage of your life.

We are definitely on the “chew my book” stage.
This Is Interesting, You Should Watch It of the Day: Writer/filmmaker Ransom Riggs (of “Be Amazing!” fame) explores the post-apocalyptic landscape of California’s Salton Sea and its largely abandoned resort community, Salton City.

I love stuff like this.
Awesome Info-graphics so strangely out of place
I wasn’t expecting to see an educational presentation on corporate greed and the financial crisis at the end of The Other Guys, but it was really well done!
Amanda and I watched Mike Judge’s Extract last week. It really made me realize how hot Mila Kunis really is. That and the fact that I enjoy watching anything with Jason Bateman. I was hoping it would be more like Office Space except in a factory setting, but it was more about Bateman’s sexless marriage and really spiraling personal life. I’d still recommend it!
I don’t know what I would do without PBS/NPR. I know it probably wouldn’t go away with a loss of federal funding, but I think public broadcasting is a VERY worthwhile investment for the US government. Oh and listen to NPR if you don’t already. Truly the best journalists and news programs in the world. That is all.WHY SAVE PBS?

On Saturday, February 19th, the House of Representatives voted 235-189 to pass a continuing resolution that eliminates funding for public broadcasting. I put together this handy chart on why PBS is worth saving. Find out how you can fight back at 170 Million Americans.
FULL DISCLOSURE: I am Creative Director for PBS KIDS but a life-long supporter/watcher of PBS ;)
Designed by Guz Architects, the Meera House has a roof garden on every story. Because the structure is located on a small plot, close to neighbouring buildings, the architects built a solid wall on each side. This helped provide some privacy. A central light and stair well funnels the sea breeze through the center of the building.
